This position will require that you are proficient in Docusign, Googles platform, Excel, Microsoft, & Workstream. This is an in-office position, Monday to Friday, Hours may vary.

Job Description :
As the sales operations assistant / recruiter you will have specific job duties which include but are not limited to the following :
- Onboarding new hires (I9, W2, 1099 forms, docusign agreements)
- Financing terms
- Sales incentives and incentive tracking
- Managing Docusign
- Sales representative and affiliate training
- Change orders and fixes
- Proposals and managing the proposals team
- Customer service
- Escalated homeowners
- General problem solving
You would be reporting directly to the CRO.
